Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help. We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact customer service within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement.
If goods you bought turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised, we will replace or give you a refund
When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited once your return is processed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable
All returned products must be returned, unused, in the original condition and packaging, including all parts and accessories.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Returns/exchanges may take up to 6 weeks for processing and credit may be issued on account.
Please note that it takes up to 14 days to process your return after it arrives in our warehouse.
Please note that return shipping charges are not included in the credit and it is your responsibility to pay for return shipping.
It is recommended that you use a shipping carrier that requires a signature for proof of delivery
If you decide you want to cancel your order after the item has shipped, you will be charged for the shipping. After you refuse the item(s) and we receive the product back your credit card will be credited the full amount minus the shipping.
Returning an International Order
If you are dissatisfied with an item, we want to quickly correct the problem. We will gladly replace or exchange the item, or refund the amount you paid. You may return items that are unsatisfactory within 30 days, providing they are unused, in their original packaging and not devalued in any way by the buyer.
Please note that due to logistics and costs we do not offer free return shipping on international orders. Except for a mistake on our part, any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Europower GmbH is not able to offer pre-paid shipping labels to international customers.
We encourage you to contact us by sending us email or sending a message through the contact link before returning a product so we can provide you with the best service.
Please note: international shipping voids any warranty for items we offer. Once an international shipment is shipped, Europower GmbH is no longer culpable for the safety or efficiency at which the shipment is delivered. Third party pickup is not available for international shipments.
Damaged Item or Fulfillment Mistakes
Please check your order upon receipt and within 30 days of receiving the package. Quickly reporting damages and shortages immediately to customer service through contact link or by email, help us correct any problems.
After communicating with us, you may send your return to our physical address.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
