Order Processing Times
We ship fast. Orders received before 2pm are shipped out the same business day. Orders received after 2pm are shipped the following business day.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in Germany).
Shipping Times
We ship from our warehouse located in Germany. We currently ship all over the world.
International Orders
For international shipments, we use Deutsche Post, DHL or UPS for the best service and rates. We charge a flat fee of $13 for European Union Countries and $20 for all other countries. Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver.
Please note that international shipment of items may be subject to customs processing and additional charges. We ship fast. However, delivery times vary due to various reasons beyond our control. Please allow additional time if international delivery is subject to customs processing.
Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Orders can be delayed due to custom processes, payment and billing issues, or shipping verification in order to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Costs
Domestic Orders: We offer free shipping for all domestic orders in Germany.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Europower GmbH is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipping Notification
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information.
Delayed or Lost Orders:
Europower GmbH is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Wrong or incomplete Address:
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
